Description

This composite part uses a promoter induced by copper ions(BBa_K2088001), riboJ(BBa_K1679038), mhbD with native rbs(BBa_K2088667), mhbH with native rbs(BBa_K2088670), mhbI with native rbs(BBa_K2088669), mhbM with native rbs(BBa_K2088668), and a double terminator(BBa_B0015).
This part is used to degrade 3-hydroxybenzoate(3-HBA) to fumarate and pyruvate via the gentisate pathway induced by copper iron.
