Description

pCooM promoter is regulated by CooA when there are high levels of carbon monoxide in the environment,
when this promoter is activated a pink chromoprotein and a LuxR promoter will be transcribed. The expression of LuxR
is going to bind to the AHL molecule that allows the transcription of the plux promoter (BBa_K2115002)

Notes

Adding LuxR to later activate pLux and then activating the third level of carbon monoxide detection.

Source

pCooM:it comes from the CooA transcription factor from Rhospirillum rubrum
RBS: ribosome binding site
Pink chromoprotein:
LuxR: a part of the quorum sensing system
Terminator: an RNA sequence that usually occ
