Description
This composite contains parts BBa_K415010 and BBa_C0261. K415010 is a circuit which produces mCherry regulated by the LuxR/cI-OR promoter and LuxR regulated by the TetR promoter; in addition, the circuit concludes with a second LuxR/cI-OR promoter for further control and BioBrick addition. BBa_C0261 is a LuxI generator, which itself is a C6O3HSL (AHL) generator.Combined together, this part will produce a signal (mCherry) which is increasingly amplified as time passes and which is induced by the addition of C6O3HSL.
