Description

This device is a strong amplifier of 3OC6HSL. R0065 is a leaky promoter that produces enough LuxI to generate ample HSL to switch this device to a stable high expression state, the magnitude of which is dependent upon LuxR (or possibly lambda cI repressor) concentration.
