Description

When lactose is added to the system, bind to lac repressor (endogenous) therefore GFP produced - glow green.
When Tet added to the system, drive transcription of lacZ beta galactosidase which hydrolyses latose and lac repressor active. Stop Glowing green.
***NOTE*** This system will ONLY WORK IN LAC Z- bugs!!!!!
