Description

This assembly construct is part of the iGEM team Heidelberg 2014's intein toolbox. It allows for easy generation of translational units of the Npu DnaE N-intein flanked by N and C terminal POIs as described in RFC[???].
This part is very similar to BBa_K1362100 and BBa_K1362104 but provides a secondary Gate for the insertion of a protein or peptide of interest to the C-terminus of the intein. As no splicing occurs on that side of the Intein, the latter will stay wit the intein after splicing.
