Description

INVERTED TIMER LacI based inverter controls LuxI production. LuxI will produce AHL which will gradually activate LuxR (next device) and the LuxR controlled promoter.

Notes

If the antisense LuxI fails, it's still possible to change the R0011 LacI repressable promoter to a hybrid promoter which can also be repressed by the 434 cI repressor produced in the OFF state of the MEMORY device.
