Description
T7 polymerase with an amber mutation coding gene is constructed after Lac promoter which would be triggered by IPTG. T7 polymerase can be well expressed in the exsitence of SupD tRNA. Also, the expression of the T7 polymerase can be regulated by RBS. It is one of the LacP-rbs-T7ptag-terminator family members, ditinguished by different rbs.Source
